There are a huge number of resources available to you depending on where you are on your Google Workspace for Education journey. From Level 0 courses for beginners to more advanced courses for Domain Administrators.

Beginner level resources for those starting out with Workspace for Education- sign up for the first day of series and work through some tutorials at the fundamentals training page
Level One resources for those who are ready to get the first level of Educator Certification and show their skills. There are online tutorials and practice questions here.
Applied Digital Skills is a series of premade project based lessons to help people use the different Workspace for education tools in context. This can be set up as a class and different projects sent out to the group as selected by a facilitator.

An introduction to your admin console – There is a fantastic resource created by Google for Education to help with setup and shows plenty of helpful tips for current users.
There is also an online course that serves as the starting place for any new Google Workspace admin as they begin their journey of managing and establishing Google Workspace best practices for their organization. The course will leave you feeling confident to utilize the functions of the admin console to manage users, control access to services, configure security settings, and much more via coursera.org/learn/introduction-google-workspace sign up and complete in a month for free.
