Admin Console health checks

Keeping an eye on your Google Admin console is very important for the health of your domain.

You can see how many devices you have added to your domain that can be managed and safely used. The admin console also allows you to control how your users interact with others via Google Meet by switching off the ability to start a Meet call, this means that users can only join Meets not start them.

if you have access to your Admin console (which all schools should have) then please have a look at your available Education Upgrades (licences) by following the steps on This Help Sheet  or have a look at the quick help video on youtube

These CEU licences can be applied to student and staff Chromebooks, BYOD Chromebooks and Neverware devices.

If you have large numbers of unused Licences (CEUs) this can be an indication that you are not managing your Chromebooks correctly
